DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

� Ensure timely payments are made to all benefit providers, including timely funding and accurate accounting of contributions made under the Company�s pension plan.
� Prepare and review payroll related bank accounts and benefit provider control accounts to ensure support as well as timely and accurate clearance of any reconciling items.
� Responsible for the timely and accurate accounting and reporting of certain of the Company�s global short and long term compensation for all of the Company�s subsidiaries. This includes working with HR and the Company�s external stock plan administrator and identifying and implementing process improvements as necessary.
� Support the Financial Planning and Analysis team with compensation and benefit related accounting issues for the annual budget plan.
� Prepare timely and detailed reports to support the monthly and quarterly variance analysis and review of compensation costs for the Company�s segment and subsidiary financial controllers.
� Prepare documentation and ensure execution of all internal controls related to the accounting for the local and global compensation and benefit costs. Liaise with internal and external auditors as necessary.
� Preparation of compensation related financial disclosures for the Company�s annual and quarterly SEC filings.
� Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :

� Bachelor�s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
� Recognized professional accounting qualification and strong track record in practice or a relevant industry.
� A minimum of at least three years post qualification experience.
� Proven experience working with global and local compensation and benefits accounting in a similar role.
� Prior experience of working in a global organization.
� Excellent communication and presentation skills.
� Prior experience with Peoplesoft general ledger would be an advantage.
� Must be self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
